  • 350 g peeled prawns
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 250 ml neutral oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • few drops of tabasco

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Attach the butterfly tool, then add egg yolk, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Start the ThermoCook Pro M at speed 7 and add the oil during the mixing process.
  • Once the mixture has formed into mayonnaise, add the ketchup and tabasco and mix again for 1 minute.
  • Best served with some fresh prawns.
