Show Stoppers Hot Chocolate Bombs

- 200 g powdered milk
- 200 g cacao
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g white chocolate

Preparation
- Add into Thermocook bowl milk, cocoa powder, and sugar, mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds.
- Add chocolate and melt it at 80 degrees Celsius, speed 1 for 5 minutes.
- Spread melted chocolate in the sphere silicone mould tray.
- Brush the bottom and sides of the liners with the chocolate, let it set, fill with the cocoa mix, then drizzle a layer of tempered chocolate over the filling, smoothing with a spoon to close the bomb.
- When you’re ready to serve the bombs, get your favourite milk boiling hot. Pour the milk into your mugs, add a bomb, and watch with delight as the chocolate melts, making nearly instant hot chocolate.
