- 1 pack fresh asparagus
- 100 g sliced salmon
- salt, pepper

- soy sauce
- honey
- fresh cilantro
- fresh ginger, finely chopped

Preparation
- Fill in 300ml of mineral water onto your ThermoCook ProM 2.0 jug.
- Choose the streaming option of the Thermocook.
- Roll the salmon around two asparagus and place them in the steaming insert on your Optimum ThermoCook ProM 2.0.
- Steam salmon and asparagus rolls for 4 minutes.
- To make sauce whisk the fresh ginger, cilantro and honey with the soy sauce.
- Serve hot splashing the delicious sauce on.
