Roasted Garlic and Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 250 g garlic cloves
  • 150 g extra virgin olive oil
  • toast bread
  • avocado
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Roast garlic in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
  2. Let garlic cool down.
  3. Prepare toasted bread in the skillet.
  4. Add garlic into a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Spread the garlic paste onto a toast garnish with sliced avocado and paprika.
  6. Add a poached egg on top and enjoy! ( skip the egg for a vegan option )
