
Soak the blanched almonds in hot water for about 1 hour.
Then finely blend the almonds without water with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, yeast flakes, salt, herbs and water.
Put the mass in a nut milk bag or tea towel and squeeze out the liquid.
Then press the cheese into the desired shape and top with dried herbs.
