  • 60-100 g chocolate of choice
  • 400 g milk of choice

Preparation

  • Add chocolate to the TC ProM2.0 bowl and pulse 2-3 times to break it up.
  • Scrape down the bowl and add the milk. Heat for 3.5 minutes, 80C, speed 2.
  • Carefully froth for 30 seconds, speed 4. Serve and enjoy.
