- 1-2 tbsp raw protein powder of your choice
- 4-5 bananas (using frozen bananas gives a creamy texture)
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup sprouts of your choice
- 1 whole coconut (flesh and water)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- juice of 1-2 lemons
