  • 1-2 tbsp raw protein powder of your choice
  • 4-5 bananas (using frozen bananas gives a creamy texture)
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup sprouts of your choice
  • 1 whole coconut (flesh and water)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • juice of 1-2 lemons

Preparation
