  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • handful of raisins
  • dried wild blueberries, cranberries, or chopped almonds/walnuts

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the bananas, apple, and cinnamon in a blender and pulse until chunky and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with raisins, cinnamon and/or chopped apples. You can also add fresh berries, chopped pear, or any other fruit of your choice.
  • Enjoy!
