- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2-3 cup watermelon
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 handful fresh mint, to taste
- juice of 1 lime

Preparation
- Place all ingredients into your Optimum high-speed blender and blend for about 30 seconds.Yummy. Extra Scoop out the young coconut flesh from your coconut after you have removed the water and place it in the blender too. Gives the smoothie a little more body and tastes divine.
- Pour into a special glass, relax and enjoy!
