- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 fresh, ripe bananas a little filtered water or coconut water
For the top:
- 1 cup frozen mango, or 1 fresh mango
- 2 ripe bananas

Preparation
- Blend the base ingredients in your Optimum high-speed blender until smooth (don’t over-blend). Pour into desired glass or jar.
- Blend the mango and pour on top of the base. Use water sparingly as you need to have the layers thick like ice cream.
