Raspberry Choc Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 cup heaped frozen raspberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped (or any choc of choice)
Preparation
- Thaw frozen fruit for at least 20 minutes before proceeding.
- Using the blank plate attachment, feed the frozen raspberries into the juicer chute
alternating with raspberries and chocolate. - Give a stir and serve with a sprinkle of grated chocolate and fresh raspberries.
