Pumpkin soup in a blender

  • 1 whole pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 2-3 tsp curry powder
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper



  • Peel and cut pumpkin.
  • Place it on the baking sheet and season.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20-30 min until it becomes soft.
  • Let pumpkin cool down to 65-70 C and then blend together with the coconut cream until smooth.
  • Serve with fresh toast.
  • Enjoy!
