
Pumpkin soup in a blender

- 1 whole pumpkin
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 2-3 tsp curry powder
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Peel and cut pumpkin.
- Place it on the baking sheet and season.
- Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20-30 min until it becomes soft.
- Let pumpkin cool down to 65-70 C and then blend together with the coconut cream until smooth.
- Serve with fresh toast.
