Pumpkin Head Soup

- 800 g pumpkin
- 2 medium red onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 100 ml heavy cream

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Roast the Pumpkin, onions and garlic. Remove the skin after the pumpkin is totally roasted.
- Let cool a bit and then place the ingredients in your Optimum 9400X and blend on high or choose the M1 program to obtain the smoothest texture.
- Add the heavy cream and blend again but at low speed.
- Serve hot in a pumpkin and garnish with croutons.
