Prawns and Avocado Salad Recipe

  • 500 g shrimps
  • 300 g quinoa
  • 2 avocado
  • 200 g cranberries
  • 100 g apricot
  • 200 g fresh mushroom
  • rosemary
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper



  • Cut avocado into small pieces. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil and mix well.
  • Spread avocado on the serving plate.
  • Layer cooked quinoa on top.
  • Add cut apricots and cranberries on top.
  • Decorate the salad with fresh mushrooms and rosemary.
  • In the Thermocook set the steaming function and steam shrimps for 17 minutes.
  • Place steamed shrimp around your salad.
  • Serve and enjoy!
