Prawns and Avocado Salad Recipe

- 500 g shrimps
- 300 g quinoa
- 2 avocado
- 200 g cranberries
- 100 g apricot
- 200 g fresh mushroom
- rosemary
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Cut avocado into small pieces. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil and mix well.
- Spread avocado on the serving plate.
- Layer cooked quinoa on top.
- Add cut apricots and cranberries on top.
- Decorate the salad with fresh mushrooms and rosemary.
- In the Thermocook set the steaming function and steam shrimps for 17 minutes.
- Place steamed shrimp around your salad.
- Serve and enjoy!
