  • 1000 g tap water
  • 250 g brown rice
  • 1050 g warm water



  • Add 1000g of water to the TC Pro M2.0 bowl. Insert the steaming basket and measure 250g of rice into it. Wash for 15 seconds, speed 9.
  • Remove the basket keeping the rice and discard the washing water from the bowl.
  • Add 1050g of fresh warm water to the TC Pro M2.0 bowl, place the steaming basket with the rice back into the bowl.
  • Set the temperature to 120C, 40 minutes, speed 2.
  • Use the spatula to safely remove the basket.
  • Serve with main of choice.
  • Tips: Black rice may also be used in place of brown rice.
