Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 350 g caster sugar
  • 20 g corn flour
  • 1 dash vinegar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 120°C (100°C fan-forced).
  • Add ingredients into a Thermocook bowl and whisk at speed 4 for 8 minutes.
  • On the cooking tray create circles of different sizes.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let the meringue cool. Create a Christmas tree by layering meringue and whipped cream.
  • Decorate with fresh fruits and enjoy!
