Pavlova Christmas Tree

- 5 egg whites
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 350 g caster sugar
- 20 g corn flour
- 1 dash vinegar

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 120°C (100°C fan-forced).
- Add ingredients into a Thermocook bowl and whisk at speed 4 for 8 minutes.
- On the cooking tray create circles of different sizes.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the meringue cool. Create a Christmas tree by layering meringue and whipped cream.
- Decorate with fresh fruits and enjoy!
