Ingredients

  • 260 g unsalted butter
  • 520 g brown sugar
  • 260 g heavy cream

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the ThermoCook bowl. Choose 90 degrees Celsius on speed 4 for 8-9 minutes.
  2. There you go the perfect melted salted caramel to dip your apples in.
  3. Sprinkle with vermicelli and enjoy!
