Papaya Smoothie Bowl Recipe

- 6 cup cubed papaya
- 4 dates, pitted
- 2 cup raspberries, divided
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp minced fresh mint
- 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Blend the papaya, dates, and 1 cup of raspberries in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into 2 bowls.
- Arrange the mango, banana slices, and remaining raspberries on top. Finish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lime.
