  • 6 cup cubed papaya
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 2 cup raspberries, divided
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh mint
  • 1/2 lime

Instructions
 

  • Blend the papaya, dates, and 1 cup of raspberries in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into 2 bowls.
  • Arrange the mango, banana slices, and remaining raspberries on top. Finish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lime.
  • Enjoy!
