Orange power smoothie

  • 1 orange
  • 2 large carrots, 175 gr in total
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 200 ml almond milk

Topping

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond slivers
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel the orange with a knife removing also the outer white skin of the orange. Cut into pieces, remove any seeds inside and add to the blender.
  • Cut the carrot into pieces and add to the blender as well.
  • Add the banana, the cinnamon, turmeric and almond milk and blend to a smooth mix.
  • Pour into two bowls and top with your toppings of choice.
