  • 1 duck leg, halved
  • 2 duck fillet
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 g corn flour
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml port wine
  • 20 g liquid honey

  • Remove the skin of the duck fillets and cut them into 6 pieces.
  • Peel the shallot and the onion, then cut them into a few pieces, before.

  • Then add the orange juice, Porto, honey and corn flour, chicken broth, and some orange zest. Season with salt, then let it cook at 95°C for 40 minutes. Serve.
