  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 organic orange
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 tbsp orange zest

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in the jug and blend for 35 seconds on the high speed.
  • Pour the mixture into the muffin trays and bake at 350°F for 30 mins.
