- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup plant based milk
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1 organic orange
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in the jug and blend for 35 seconds on the high speed.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin trays and bake at 350°F for 30 mins.
