Omega 3 Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 dates
  • 1 orange
  • 300 ml plant-based milk or water
  • 2 tbsp omega 3 oil
  • hemp seeds to top

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas and break them into small pieces. Add them to a blender.
  2. Rinse the handful of spinach under cold water and add it to the blender.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Add it to the blender.
  4. Remove the pits from the dates and add them to the blender.
  5. Peel the orange and add it to the blender.
  6. Pour in 300ml of plant-based milk or water.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of Omega 3 Plus Oil to the blender.
  8. Blend all of the ingredients until the smoothie is completely smooth.
  9. Pour the smoothie into the glasses.
  10. Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top of the smoothie.
  11. Serve and enjoy your delicious and nutrient-dense green smoothie!
