
Omega 3 Green Smoothie Recipe

- 3 bananas
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 dates
- 1 orange
- 300 ml plant-based milk or water
- 2 tbsp omega 3 oil
- hemp seeds to top
Instructions
Preparation
- Peel the bananas and break them into small pieces. Add them to a blender.
- Rinse the handful of spinach under cold water and add it to the blender.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Add it to the blender.
- Remove the pits from the dates and add them to the blender.
- Peel the orange and add it to the blender.
- Pour in 300ml of plant-based milk or water.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Omega 3 Plus Oil to the blender.
- Blend all of the ingredients until the smoothie is completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into the glasses.
- Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top of the smoothie.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious and nutrient-dense green smoothie!
