Omega 3 Green Smoothie Recipe

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 dates
  • 1 orange
  • 300 ml plant-based milk or water
  • 2 tbsp omega 3 oil
  • hemp seeds to top



  • Peel the bananas and break them into small pieces. Add them to a blender.
  • Rinse the handful of spinach under cold water and add it to the blender.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Add it to the blender.
  • Remove the pits from the dates and add them to the blender.
  • Peel the orange and add it to the blender.
  • Pour in 300ml of plant-based milk or water.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Omega 3 Plus Oil to the blender.
  • Blend all of the ingredients until the smoothie is completely smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into the glasses.
  • Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top of the smoothie.
  • Serve and enjoy your delicious and nutrient-dense green smoothie!
