  • 1 cup nuts of choice (almonds, cashews, macadamia etc)
  • 1-2 cup filtered water

Instructions

  • Soak your nuts of choice overnight or at At least 8 hours to soften them and to avoid damage to your juicer, drain and rinse until water runs clear.
  • Add fresh water to your bowl of soaked and cleaned nuts. The more water you add the lighter the milk will be so start with 1 cup, add more as needed when the unit is running. Turn on your juicer, using your juicer strainer and spoon a ladle full of nuts and water into the top of the juicer, carefully add more, don’t go too fast to avoid blockages.
  • Continue adding more nuts and water into the juicer. When finished the milk should be frothy. Use within 2-3 days, store in the fridge.
  • *Note: use the almond or nut pulp in a smoothie to avoid waste. Or dry it out gently and use in baked goods.
  • Using the H3000 2nd Gen allows you to heat your nut milk directly on making using the heating plate.
