No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Banana Tart
Ingredients
Ingredients for the base
- 150 g instant oat flour
- 50 g almonds
- 30 g maple syrup
- 60 g coconut oil
- 20 ml vegetable milk
- 6 dates pitted and soaked in hot water
Ingredients for the filling
- 2 bananas
- 200 g melted dark chocolate
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Preparation
- Add all ingredients for the base into a blender and blend until mixed well.
- Roll out the mix into an 18 cm mold forming small borders.
- Blend filling ingredients together until smooth and pour over the base.
- Decorate with unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Enjoy!
