No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Banana Tart

Ingredients
  

Ingredients for the base

  • 150 g instant oat flour
  • 50 g almonds
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 20 ml vegetable milk
  • 6 dates pitted and soaked in hot water

Ingredients for the filling

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g melted dark chocolate
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients for the base into a blender and blend until mixed well.
  • Roll out the mix into an 18 cm mold forming small borders.
  • Blend filling ingredients together until smooth and pour over the base.
  • Decorate with unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Enjoy!
