No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Banana Tart

Ingredients for the base

  • 150 g instant oat flour
  • 50 g almonds
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 20 ml vegetable milk
  • 6 dates pitted and soaked in hot water

Ingredients for the filling

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g melted dark chocolate
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients for the base into a blender and blend until mixed well.
  2. Roll out the mix into an 18 cm mold forming small borders.
  3. Blend filling ingredients together until smooth and pour over the base.
  4. Decorate with unsweetened cocoa powder.
  5. Enjoy!
