- 400 g raw cashews
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
- Simply add the cashews to your food processor until smooth.
- Blend at intervals to avoid overheating the blender and use a tamper to push your cashews into the blade.
- After the nuts begin to release some oil, making the mixture clump together. At this point add 4 tablespoons of oil to help them along a bit more.
- Store in the fridge in a glass container.
