Portobello Mushroom Pasta

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g onions
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 600 g water
  • 200 g portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp seasoning powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese to garnish


  • In your jug, Thermocook Pro-M 2.0 add the onion and garlic and chop for 6 seconds on speed 4.
  • Scrape down the sides of your mixing bowl with the ThermoCook Spatula, add the olive oil, close the lid and fry for 8 minutes on 110 degrees Celsius using the reverse function.
  • Add the water, weigh and add your fresh mushrooms, the seasoning powder, salt and pepper and heavy cream... close the lid and cook on 110 degrees celsius for 8 minutes, using the reverse function speed 3.
  • Open the lid and insert 250grs of pasta and watch them go round and round, round and round. Trust us it's satisfying!
  • Serve hot with parmesan cheese on top!
