Portobello Mushroom Pasta

- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g onions
- 100 g olive oil
- 600 g water
- 200 g portobello mushrooms
- 2 tbsp seasoning powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g heavy cream
- 250 g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese to garnish
Instructions
- In your jug, Thermocook Pro-M 2.0 add the onion and garlic and chop for 6 seconds on speed 4.
- Scrape down the sides of your mixing bowl with the ThermoCook Spatula, add the olive oil, close the lid and fry for 8 minutes on 110 degrees Celsius using the reverse function.
- Add the water, weigh and add your fresh mushrooms, the seasoning powder, salt and pepper and heavy cream... close the lid and cook on 110 degrees celsius for 8 minutes, using the reverse function speed 3.
- Open the lid and insert 250grs of pasta and watch them go round and round, round and round. Trust us it's satisfying!
- Serve hot with parmesan cheese on top!
