  • 30 g honey or maple syrup
  • 150 g frozen raspberries

Preparation

  • Cut the apple into pieces and add with remaining ingredients into TC ProM2.0 bowl. Blend for approx 1 minute, speed 10 until smooth.
  • Add a touch of milk or yogurt if you want a creamier consistency.
