  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 3 bananas
  • 200 g pumpkin puree
  • 100 g dates
  • 80 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice herbs or gingerbread spices
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 50 g pecans
  • 50 g chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix the oat flour with the almond flour, cinnamon, pumpkin spice herbs, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
  • In a blender, place the bananas, dates, pumpkin puree, vegetable milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract. Blend this until smooth.
  • Now add the liquid pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix this into a cohesive batter.
  • Cut the pecan nuts into pieces and add them to the batter together with the chocolate chips. Stir this through the batter.
  • Cover a baking shape with baking paper and pour the batter into it. Put in the oven for about 50 minutes and then let it cool.
