Mint and Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 overripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • small handful of ice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for milk and ice, in a small ziplock bag.
  2. Store the bag in the freezer until ready to serve.
  3. When ready, empty the contents of the bag into a blender and add ice and milk.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve in a bowl and top with your favourite muesli.
  6. Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
