Mint and Strawberry Smoothie

- 1 overripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 2 mint leaves
- 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- small handful of ice
Instructions
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, except for milk and ice, in a small ziplock bag.
- Store the bag in the freezer until ready to serve.
- When ready, empty the contents of the bag into a blender and add ice and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl and top with your favourite muesli.
- Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
