Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion
  • juice of a lemon
  • fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut onion and garlic and place in TC ProM2.0 bowl and chop for 10
    seconds, speed 7.
  2. Add avocado flesh, tomato roughly chopped, deseeded chilli if using, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix 8 seconds, speed 5.
  3. Enjoy!
