  • 1/2 cup natural low-fat yoghurt
  • 1/2 chilled mineral or soda water
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • fresh mint

Preparation

  • Place mango in your Optimum high-speed blender and purée. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
