- 2 cup frozen diced mango
- 2-3 tbsp fresh orange juice or water, to blend
- 1/2 cup strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries
- fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
Preparation
- Place the mango and orange juice (or water) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour a layer of the mango-orange smoothie into a jar or bowl, scraping from the sides of the blender as needed.
- Top with half the berries. Repeat with another layer of the smoothie and berries.
- Garnish with a few leaves of fresh mint, if desired, and serve.
