  • 2 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 2 tsp barley grass juice powder
  • handful of fresh mint
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 1-2 medjool dates

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the frozen mango cubes, barley grass juice powder, fresh mint, fresh lime juice, coconut water, and medjool dates (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more coconut water if desired.
  • Once the mixture is smooth and well blended, pour it into glasses.
  • Serve the Mango Mojito immediately and enjoy the refreshing tropical flavours.
