- 2 cup frozen mango cubes
- 2 tsp barley grass juice powder
- handful of fresh mint
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cup coconut water
- 1-2 medjool dates

- Add the frozen mango cubes, barley grass juice powder, fresh mint, fresh lime juice, coconut water, and medjool dates (if using) to a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more coconut water if desired.
- Once the mixture is smooth and well blended, pour it into glasses.
- Serve the Mango Mojito immediately and enjoy the refreshing tropical flavours.
