Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 300 g mango, fresh or frozen
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 150 g ice cubes if using fresh mango or iced water for frozen mango
  • 0.5 tsp ground cardamom

Preparation

  1. If using frozen mango, place into TC ProM2.0 bowl and puree for 10 seconds, speed 9. If using fresh mango, begin from step 2.
  2. Add all other ingredients: (mango if fresh) 100g yogurt, 150g milk, 1 tsp honey, ice cubes or ice water, and 1/2 tsp cardamom and blend for 1 minute, speed 10.
  3. Check for sweetness, add more honey if required.
  4. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a little ground cardamom and enjoy!
  5. Serves two tall glasses or 3 smaller ones.
  6. Delicious summer treat.
