Lentils and Spinach Piadina

  • 8 tbsp yellow lentils
  • 2.5 g arrowroot
  • spinach
  • water

Toppings:

  • mustard
  • wasabi
  • soya sauce
  • turmeric
  • garlic powder
  • garlic powder
  • light tahini
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • sugar-free oat milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mill lentils into flour.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients with water and blend until smooth.
  • Pan fry piadinas from both sides.
  • Add toppings of your choice.
  • Enjoy!
