- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1-2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp chia
- cup almond milk

Preparation
- Place all of the ingredients in your Optimum high-speed blender in the above order. Blend until smooth and creamy! TIP: For an extra creamy smoothie, peel and freeze the bananas before blending.
