  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1-2 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chia
  • cup almond milk

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in your Optimum high-speed blender in the above order. Blend until smooth and creamy! TIP: For an extra creamy smoothie, peel and freeze the bananas before blending.
