Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1-2 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Puree the pre-soaked chickpeas on their own in the blender until they become powder-like.
  • Add the remaining three ingredients and process them together, running the machine for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop the blender from time to time to scrape down the sides. If the hummus is looking grainy, We would recommend adding some chickpea water, which helps to smoothen out the mixture.
