  • 500 g lamb, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 90 g red wine
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 100 g water
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves in TC ProM2.0 bowl and chop for 3 seconds, speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil and saute for 2 minutes, 100C, speed 3.
  • Add cubed lamb, seasoned with salt and pepper. Saute for 4 minutes, 120C, on reverse speed 1.
  • Add 2 carrots and 2 stalks of celery, chopped in small chunks. Cook 3 minutes, 120C on reverse speed 1.
  • Add 300g mushrooms, quartered, 90g red wine, 1 can chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp vegetable stock, 100g water, 2 tsp dried rosemary, and 1 tsp thyme. Cook for 30-45 minutes, 100C one reverse speed 1.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  • Steam your potatoes and vegetables in your steamer set whilst your stew is cooking.
