Kale Smoothie Bowl Recipe

- 3-4 kale leaves
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp Omega 3 passion fruit oil
- 1 orange
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Toppings
- freeze-dried raspberries
- hemp seeds
- banana
- almonds
Instructions
Preparation
- Wash kale, and peel an orange.
- Place all ingredients except for the omega-3 oil in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and stir in the omega-3 oil.
- Garnish with toppings and eat straight away.
- Enjoy!
