Kale Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 kale leaves
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp Omega 3 passion fruit oil
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Toppings

  • freeze-dried raspberries
  • hemp seeds
  • banana
  • almonds

Preparation

  1. Wash kale, and peel an orange.
  2. Place all ingredients except for the omega-3 oil in a blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and stir in the omega-3 oil.
  4. Garnish with toppings and eat straight away.
  5. Enjoy!
