  • 800 g zucchini
  • 2 fresh onions
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tsp curry
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 ml water
  • salt and pepper



  • Peel and chop the onions.
  • Rinse and dry the zucchinis then cut them into small dices.
  • Peel and crush the garlic clove.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and cook them until they get tender. Then add the curry.
  • Now combine all ingredients in the ThermoCook Pro M bowl and blend for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve your soup while it is hot. Bon appétit.
