- 1 can chickpeas
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp tahini
- olive oil

Preparation
- Turn on the juicer and run the entire contents of the chickpeas, liquid, and all into the juicer along with the garlic and lemon juice.
- Mix through the tahini and olive oil to achieve your desired consistency.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and serve with veggie sticks.
