- 1 tin chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp water

- Place peeled garlic cloves into TC ProM2.0 bowl and chop for 3 seconds, speed 6.
- Add the tin of chickpeas, rinsed and drained, 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, 2 tbsp tahini, tsp cumin, season with salt, add 2 tbsp water, and mix for 3 minutes, speed 10 until smooth, add more water or olive oil to achieve desired consistency. Serve fresh with raw veggies.
- Try adding some roasted capsicum or sweet potato or pumpkin for a sweeter-tasting hummus.
