How to Sneak Vegetables Into Your Kids Food

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • baby leaf spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pan fry from both sides.
  3. Using a cookie cutter cut out your kid’s favourite shapes and forms.
  4. Serve and have fun.
