Ingredients for the Summer Love Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 2 cup berries
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- water
Ingredients for the Sunshine Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup mango
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- coconut water
Ingredients for the Snickers Smoothie
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 3 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- plant milk
Ingredients for the Feijoa Pineapple Flow
- 1 1/2 cup feijoas
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- plant milk
Ingredients for the Berry Choc Smoothie
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 1/2 cup cups berries
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
Instructions
Preparation
- Add ingredients for the smoothie into a freezer bag. Label the bag and freeze it.
- To prepare the smoothie simply transfer the contents of your chosen bag into a blender with your preferred liquid, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
