- Begin by gathering all the required ingredients and placing them within reach.
- Attach the butterfly attachment to the mixing bowl.
- Crack open 4 egg yolks into the mixing bowl.
- Add unsalted butter to the mixing bowl together with the lemon juice. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
- Once all the ingredients are in the mixing bowl, select speed 3 at 90 degrees Celsius.
- Allow the ingredients to mix for 8 minutes.
