- 3 beetroots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1-1/2 cup plain yogurt (plant based)
- 1/2 lemon juice
- handful of chopped up mint
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt, pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Roast your beetroots in foil for an hour, and garlic cloves for 20-30 minutes.
- Peel beetroots and garlic. Blend in the blender until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
