How To Make Roasted Beet Dip

  • 3 beetroots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1-1/2 cup plain yogurt (plant based)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • handful of chopped up mint
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt, pepper



  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Roast your beetroots in foil for an hour, and garlic cloves for 20-30 minutes.
  • Peel beetroots and garlic. Blend in the blender until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
