How to make Lamb Doner HSP
Ingredients
Ingredients Doner meat
- 1 kg lamb mince
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 1 medium onion minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp Turkish pul biter chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- greek style yogurt
- water
- garlic
- salt
Instructions
Preparation
- Add all spices to the lamb mice and mix very well.
- Using BPA Free clear film wrap the doner well.
- Use your Thermocook Pro M 2.0 steaming function to cook the doner. steam it on 115 degrees at speed 2 for 50-60 mins. You could achieve the same with a steamer pot however you might need to shape your Doner to fit.
- If you place the doner in the fridge it will firm up and be easier to slice and then reheat the meat in the pan.
- We used a frozen bag of fries from the supermarket. However, you can use an air fryer or cut your own and fry.
