How to Make Blueberry Latte Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, light coconut milk, or unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen or fresh wild blueberries
  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a small saucepan. You can skip the straining if you don’t mind the wild blueberry seeds. Heat on low until warm.
  • Divide between two cups and serve.
  • If you’d like, as an optional additional step, you can also heat some extra milk and whisk the milk with a frother until foamy.
