  • 1 pack Acai berries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the Acai berries, banana, and vegan protein powder in a blender. Make sure to break the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  • Pour the soy milk into the blender, and close the lid.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the consistency is smooth and creamy.
  • Once blended, pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with desiccated coconut on top.
  • Serve and enjoy your delicious and nutritious Acai Berry Smoothie!
