How To Make An Acai Berry Smoothie

- 1 pack Acai berries
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops vegan protein powder
- 1 cup soy milk
- desiccated coconut

Preparation
- Place the Acai berries, banana, and vegan protein powder in a blender. Make sure to break the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- Pour the soy milk into the blender, and close the lid.
- Blend the mixture on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the consistency is smooth and creamy.
- Once blended, pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with desiccated coconut on top.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious and nutritious Acai Berry Smoothie!
