How To Make An Acai Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Acai berries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Place the Acai berries, banana, and vegan protein powder in a blender. Make sure to break the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  2. Pour the soy milk into the blender, and close the lid.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the consistency is smooth and creamy.
  4. Once blended, pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with desiccated coconut on top.
  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious and nutritious Acai Berry Smoothie!
