  • 40 g dijon mustard
  • 40 g lemon juice
  • 30 g honey
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 130 g olive oil
  • 1 pinch of apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place 30g honey, 40g mustard, 40g lemon juice, and a dash of apple cider vinegar into TC ProM2.0 bowl and cook for 2 minutes, 100C, speed 2 with a measuring cup off.
  • Add salt and pepper and 130g olive oil and mix for 10 seconds, speed 4 until blended.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Goes great with any salad, especially with buckwheat.
